A Public Meeting is being held on Thursday 17th February at 7.30 pm in Rathcoole Community Centre
This is an Information Meeting to Update Residents on Proposed SDCC Development Plan 2022/2028 which will Voted on by Councillors on 22nd March.
Plans include Housing/ School development in Rathcoole Park, (197 units) SDCC
Private development on Stoney Lane (240 units)
Private development on Kilteel Road (98 units)
Private development in Windmill Close (19 units)
Two private developments adjacent to Mill Road Saggart approx. (1200 units)
Continued increase in traffic on Fitzmorris Road accessing Greenogue and Baldonnell Business Park which is adding to congestion.
There is no infrastructure expansion proposed in any of these developments to alleviate traffic congestion. Consider the impact on water supply or sewage outlet.
It is in the interest of All Residents to ensure SDCC Councillors hear your voice and mandate them to Vote against any expansion until Proper Infrastructure is put in place.
