We ha
ve assembled a team a team of senior chefs, who have drawn influences from their careers working at the top end of hotels and restaurants. Their inspiration has come from their experience working in Ireland has included time spent with Neven Maguire, Richard Corrigan and Ross Lewis and then internationally with Marco Pierre White, Albert Roux and Gary Rhodes.
They want to show you the tricks of the trade and help you cook fantastic food at home, all without breaking the bank.
Don’t Worry if you’re not a star in the kitchen just yet, the recipes on the night will be easy to follow and we hope will give you the confidence to delivery food that appeals to kids, to produce those everyday family favourites or for that dinner party when you want to impress.
